Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception, contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We stand behind our products and our products carry a 30-day, 100% product satisfaction guarantee, from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with the performance of our products for any reason, please let us know.

  1. The item must have been sold on our online store.
  2. If the item was defective, a photo of the item and defect is required.
  3. The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
  4. The return is made within 30 days of the approved return or exchange request.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Also, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
