Our Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception, contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We stand behind our products and our products carry a 15-day, 100% product satisfaction guarantee, from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with the performance of our products for any reason, please let us know.

  1. The item must have been sold on our online store.
  2. If you have a return or exchange request resulting from a defective item please reach out to our support for more information on how to proceed. If the item is defective, a photo of the item and defect will be required.
  3. The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
  4. The return is made within 15 days of the approved return or exchange request.

Also, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union (30-Day Cooling Off Period)

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our Shipping Policy

If you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item, send us an email: support@krazykooltech.com with your order number and we'll handle that for you. 

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support@krazykooltech.com.

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship in the United-States and Canada. We are in the process of expanding our shipping destinations.  For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support support@krazykootech.com.

Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by notification of a shipping date and a tracking number once the order has been processed.
