Prepare Your System

Freeze Solid

Frosted Cold Core ice packs frozen in bottom drawer refrigerator freezer next to unfrozen ones

Freeze Cold Cores until SOLID (approx. 8-10 hours). For best results, use colder freezer settings and freeze longer for longer-lasting Cold Cores. Store frozen cold packs in insulated Storage Pouch for travel.

Step-By-Step

STEP 1

Lay Hyper-Evaporative Shell flat, open and unstrap all fasteners. Place the Regulator on top of the Shell. Insert a Cold Core in each section of the Regulator.

STEP 2

  1. TUCK the Temperature Regulator with Cold Cores inside the Hyper-Evaporative Shell.
  2. SECURE the fastener straps. Close both Shell zippers.

STEP 3

Wear the System(s) according to your heat relief needs. Refer to Core Body Heat Zones to find the best placement for you.

ZONE 1: Carotid & Cardiovascular Region

(Neck, Brain, Heart, Chest)

Place the middle of the Krazy Kool Tech System around the back of the neck, allowing both ends to touch your chest. Take one elastic loop and slide it through the opposite end of the System. Double-loop elastic for a snug fit.

ZONE 2: Axillary & Respiratory Region

(Armpits, Back, Spine, Lungs)

Position the Krazy Kool Tech System so that the middle of the System is around your upper back and snug under both armpits. Loop or double loop each elastic to the opposite end of the System, OR slide each elastic loop through BOTH ends of the Zone 1 System hanging from the neck.

ZONE 3: Inguinal & Core Region

(Major Arteries, Thighs, Organs)

Fold the Krazy Kool Tech System in half. In a sitting position with knees bent, hold the middle of the System in place with your upper thighs.

Allow each end of Zone 3 System to sit on your lap, OR pass each end of Zone 3 System through the elastic loops of the Zone 1 System that is around your neck. Double loop for a snug fit.
